The company’s participation in the social media space has people talking about its original marketing efforts…and I am one of them. Additionally, I had a really interesting experience on Twitter where I actually “spoke” directly with the Zappos CEO. It was so cool! I’ve even seen him address customer dissatisfaction issues and annouce new product offerings through the micro-blogging site. Definitely a unique way to do business.
