ABC has unveiled its action-packed Fall 2024 premiere dates, featuring a mix of fan-favorite series, thrilling new dramas, and the latest iteration of “The Bachelor” franchise. This announcement follows ABC’s impressive achievement of closing out the 2023-2024 season as the No. 1 network in entertainment among Adults 18-49 for the fifth consecutive year, marking the longest winning streak in over a decade.

“Monday Night Football” will kick off the season for select weeks starting September 9, with a highly anticipated game between the New York Jets and the San Francisco 49ers. On October 7, Monday nights will see the return of beloved game shows, with Pat Sajak hosting his final season of “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune,” followed by Elizabeth Banks hosting “Press Your Luck.”

Tuesdays will be electrifying with the debut of the freshman crime procedural “High Potential,” created by Oscar-nominated writer Drew Goddard and starring Kaitlin Olson. This new show will join the ballroom sensation “Dancing with the Stars,” starting September 17.

“The Golden Bachelorette,” featuring new leading lady Joan Vassos, will make its debut on Wednesday, September 18. This will be followed by the return of the Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning comedy “Abbott Elementary” on October 9, and the ABC News Studios docuseries “Scamanda.”

Thursday nights will be a must-watch with the premiere of the highly anticipated new drama “Doctor Odyssey,” from executive producer Ryan Murphy and starring Joshua Jackson and Don Johnson. This new show will debut on September 26, alongside the No. 1 drama in Adults 18-49, “9-1-1,” and the longest-running primetime medical drama in television history, “Grey’s Anatomy.”

ABC News’ “20/20” will return for a new season on Friday, September 20, and fans can dive into season 16 of “Shark Tank” starting October 18.

Sundays will be filled with laughter and nostalgia as “America’s Funniest Home Videos” celebrates its monumental 35th season beginning September 29. This will be followed by “The Wonderful World of Disney” world television premiere of the live-action “The Little Mermaid.” Additional films set to debut this season include the world television premieres of “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” and “Haunted Mansion,” as well as the broadcast premiere of “Hocus Pocus 2.” Airdates and additional movies will be announced at a later date.

As previously announced, new seasons of returning dramas “The Rookie” and “Will Trent” will debut midseason, along with the celebratory farewell season of the legacy comedy “The Conners.” Also returning midseason are “American Idol,” “The Bachelor,” “Celebrity Jeopardy!,” and “What Would You Do?” Additionally, “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” from executive producer Reese Witherspoon and hosted by world-renowned organizing duo Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin of The Home Edit, is set to debut. These premiere dates will be announced at a later date.
