nice! an informative interview documentary with humor! But what was the “my other car is a….novel?” Darn, I blinked.
You folks are having too much fun. Masters programs are supposed to be PAIN!
Next to the box for our Mac Mini (which we do most of the site work on, in the illustrious laundry room) is a stuffed “Gary the snail” from SpongeBob SquarePants, holding the bumper sticker “My Other Car Is a Pynchon Novel,” and I can’t remember where in the world we got that. Jutting up behind the bumper sticker is the still-unopened plastic package containing a black rubber bracelet “NIHILISM” (in the fashion of the Livestrong bracelets etc.) which I got Patrick as a joke stocking stuffer. Just your standard eclectic office decor.
