### Tori Spelling Shares Unusual Place Where She Had Her First ‘Boob Job’

Tori Spelling, the former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star, recently opened up about a rather unconventional decision she made as a teenager. On a recent episode of her “Misspelling” podcast, Spelling revealed that her first breast augmentation surgery took place in a location that might raise a few eyebrows—a strip mall.

Spelling, now 50, recounted the experience with a mix of humor and bewilderment. “My first boob job, I had a friend at the time—it was the bad boyfriend I talk about, it was his friend’s girlfriend, and she was a stripper. She had her boobs done and said, ‘Oh, you just have to go to this place,'” Spelling shared.

The actress explained that the surgery was performed at an outpatient facility located in a strip mall. “I went to this doctor, and it was in a strip mall! I’m not kidding. I can’t make this up. I think he was a fine doctor,” she recalled. “It was just an outpatient surgery center in a strip mall. But you know, I was 19, so I was like: ‘Uh, this isn’t Beverly Hills. What’s happening?’ I was confused.”

Despite her initial concerns, Spelling went through with the procedure. “And now I know, hey, you can get everything done in a strip mall. But that was back then, so I was concerned. But of course, I didn’t say anything. And I got them done, and then they took me home.”

Spelling admitted that she was initially scared to tell her parents about the surgery. To help her recover, she enlisted the support of her Hollywood friends. “At the time, I was best friends with Alicia Silverstone and Carmen Electra, and they were taking care of me. I can’t even make this stuff up,” she said.

Reflecting on her decision, Spelling revealed that she eventually had to undergo another procedure. “My whole intention of getting them redone was to go smaller,” she shared. “Looking back to the ’90s, I was like, I liked my boobs, I wish I had just kept them. They’re really great. And I was like a 32B, maybe like an A-plus or -minus. … I just wanted to make them fuller.”

However, Spelling added that she still wasn’t satisfied with the results. “I think these aren’t the ones either. Goddamn it. Third time will be the charm,” she said, hinting at the possibility of yet another surgery in the future.

This isn’t the first time Spelling has been candid about her physical transformations. In April, she admitted to using Type 2 diabetes medication to help her lose weight after the birth of her fifth child. “I tried Ozempic, and it didn’t work for me,” she said on her “Misspelling” podcast. “So, I went on Mounjaro, which did do the trick, and I did lose weight.”

Spelling shared that she felt comfortable discussing her use of antidiabetic medication for weight loss because it has become more common for celebrities to do so. “It’s a different time, so I don’t feel shamed saying that,” she noted.

The actress began taking Mounjaro in 2017 after the birth of her son, Beau. She is also a mother to four other children: Liam, 17, Stella, 15, Hattie, 12, and Finn, 11, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Dean McDermott. “At my heaviest, I was 120 pounds my entire life,” Spelling said on her podcast. “And after Beau, I was 160 pounds. I couldn’t lose the weight, and the doctor was like, ‘Well, it’s an age thing.'”

Spelling expressed satisfaction with her weight after using the medication. “I’m happy with my weight,” she said. “I did go off of it because I had hit my ideal weight, and I felt like I didn’t want to get any thinner.”

Tori Spelling’s candid revelations about her first breast augmentation and her journey with weight loss medications offer a glimpse into the pressures and decisions faced by celebrities. Her story serves as a reminder that even those in the public eye grapple with body image issues and the lengths they might go to achieve their desired appearance.
