The festival kicks off on Saturday, June 29, with a performance by SZA, followed by Kings of Leon on Sunday, June 30. Country music sensation Morgan Wallen will take the stage on Thursday, July 4, and the renowned classical artist Andrea Bocelli will perform on Friday, July 5. The weekend continues with Robbie Williams on Saturday, July 6, and Shania Twain on Sunday, July 7. The following weekend features Stevie Nicks on Friday, July 12, Kylie Minogue on Saturday, July 13, and the South Korean megastars Stray Kids closing the festival on Sunday, July 14.
Tickets for BST Hyde Park 2024 are available now on the official BST Hyde Park website. It’s important to purchase tickets through official channels to avoid scams and ensure entry to the event. The festival operates a cashless payment system, accepting all major credit cards, mobile pay functionality, and single-use cash cards. American Express is the preferred payment partner of the festival.
Gates will open at 2:00 PM for most shows, with an early entry option available for those who select Primary Entry and VIP tickets. For Andrea Bocelli’s performance on Friday, July 5, gates will open at 3:00 PM for General Admission customers and 2:00 PM for those with Primary Early and VIP tickets. The last entry for all shows is at 8:30 PM, and the box office will close at 8:00 PM. All shows will conclude by 10:30 PM.
Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children under the age of 2 can enter for free and do not require a ticket, but all children aged 2 and over must have their own ticket. There is no re-admission to the festival after entry, so plan accordingly.
To ensure a smooth entry process, the festival has updated its bag policy. Only one bag per person is allowed, and all bags will be subject to search upon entry. It’s recommended not to bring a bag at all, but if necessary, an A4 size bag (297mm x 210mm x 210mm) is permitted. There will be a bag-free lane for those without bags. Seats and chairs of any kind are not allowed in the standing areas, including seat sticks and inflatable seats.
Hydration is crucial, and attendees are encouraged to bring an empty water bottle to refill at one of the free refill points across the festival site. No food or drink is allowed to be brought into the festival, except for water in unopened plastic containers under 500ml, empty water bottles for refilling, and baby food not in glass containers. Banners made of bendable materials, such as cardboard or paper up to A1 size, are permitted, including those with battery-powered fairy lights.
The best way to travel to BST Hyde Park is via public transport, as all Hyde Park roads will close from 11:00 AM on concert days. The festival’s official app, powered by Vodafone, is the only method of entry for all shows. The app allows attendees to securely access and share their tickets, view all artists, build a personalized lineup, stay updated with essential event information, and discover competitions and promotions.
In addition to the main performances, BST Hyde Park 2024 will feature an Open House event with free entry and a packed program of entertainment in the heart of Hyde Park. Open House dates include Friday, June 28 for All Things Orchestral, and Monday, July 1 to Wednesday, July 3, as well as Monday, July 8 to Thursday, July 11.
Local residents and businesses should be aware that all park roads will close to vehicles from 11:00 AM on concert days. Sound checks will occur, and a resident sound line and email address will be available for feedback regarding events in the Royal Parks.
