Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have sold their Beverly Hills mansion for a staggering $68 million. Just over a year after purchasing the sprawling 46,000-square-foot residence, known as Crestview Manor, the couple made the sale public. The property is conveniently located near the Beverly Hills Hotel and only 20 minutes from the Van Nuys private airport, according to PEOPLE.
The luxurious mansion features an impressive 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. It also boasts a garage with space for 12 cars, along with parking for an additional 80 vehicles. For guests, there is a spacious 5,000-square-foot guesthouse, a caretaker’s residence, and a two-bedroom guardhouse. The estate is complemented by a stunning pool and an indoor sports complex.
According to Zillow, the indoor sports complex offers a plethora of amenities for residents who enjoy an active lifestyle. It includes basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, and a bar. The grounds are beautifully adorned with a remarkable zero-edge pool that frames the extensive estate and picturesque views, providing a peaceful escape in a lush environment.
Jennifer, aged 54, and Ben, 51, who tied the knot in 2022, originally bought the impressive property in May 2023 for $15 million less than its listed price. The celebrity home first hit the market in 2018, with an initial listing price of $135 million. However, after being relisted last year, it sold for significantly less than its original asking price.
Meanwhile, Ben recently acknowledged that he doesn’t particularly enjoy being in the spotlight. During a conversation on Kevin Hart’s show, “Hart to Heart,” he mentioned, “I see myself as a director, but I’m a bit shy. I also don’t like attracting too much attention. That’s why people look at me and say, ‘Well, this guy always looks angry…’ because people are always putting a camera in my face. I don’t mind getting my picture taken in a club or at a premiere; go ahead, do what you want. I just don’t pay attention to you. But with my kids, that’s a different story.”
Ben shares three children—Violet, 18; Seraphina, 15; and Samuel, 12—with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Meanwhile, Jennifer, the star of “On the Floor,” has 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.
