After enduring months of harsh comments about herself and her daughter, Bárbara Rey has officially filed a lawsuit against her son. This chapter has been filled with distress for the showgirl, but it seems to be nearing its end.
In a recent conversation, Bárbara confirmed the legal action, stating, “Of course,” and added that she hasn’t just targeted her son. She emphasized that she has also sued all the media outlets that allowed him to make the damaging remarks about her.
Moreover, she is not stopping there. “I’ve also included those collaborators who have said outrageous things about me; there’s nothing more to say,” she remarked. Bárbara is hopeful that the suffering her family has endured will soon come to an end.
Interestingly, she clarified her motivations, explaining that she is pursuing civil action because she doesn’t want her son to face jail time. “I don’t want him to go to jail ever, because I care about him a lot, but there are some things that must be done,” she expressed.
When asked if she would consider disinheriting him if the court rules in her favor, she playfully responded, “You’re going too far, darling. I hope everything goes well for you, and I appreciate you a lot,” leaving her answer somewhat ambiguous.
