The concert is free and open to the public, with a dress rehearsal taking place on July 3. Public access to the West Front opens at 3:00 p.m. on both days.

Alfonso Ribeiro, known for his iconic role as Carlton Banks on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” will host the event. Road closures and parking restrictions will be in effect around the Capitol area to accommodate the event. From Friday, June 21 to Monday, July 1, First Street between Peace Circle, NW, and Garfield Circle, SW, will have directional and time restrictions. Additional road closures will be in place from Monday, July 1 at 8:00 p.m. to Friday, July 5 at 4:00 a.m., affecting First Street between Constitution Avenue, NW, and Independence Avenue, SW, among others. ADA parking will be available on both sides of Louisiana Avenue between Constitution Avenue, NW, and First Street, NW.
Tour buses will be rerouted to Union Station during the event. All road closures are expected to end by Friday, July 5, at 4:00 a.m., with some exceptions for disassembly.
