Adele is planning to return to England. The singer known for ‘Set Fire to the Rain’ has been living in Los Angeles for the past two years, but reports suggest she wishes to go back to her hometown of London once her residency ‘Weekends with Adele’ in Las Vegas wraps up this November.
An insider shared with the Bizarre column of The Sun newspaper, “Adele is a true Brit, and London will always be her home. She has spent the last two weeks there preparing for her return, and once her performances in Las Vegas finish in November, she will be back.”
Recently, Adele was spotted in London enjoying the Euro Cup and even seen relaxing at a café. At 36 years old, the pop superstar, who shares an 11-year-old son named Angelo with her ex-husband Simon Konecki, has also been busy renovating her mansion in Beverly Hills.
The Grammy Award winner purchased Sylvester Stallone’s former home two years ago for $50 million and has since invested millions into its renovation. A source revealed to the same newspaper last month, “When Adele bought the house, she didn’t plan to make too many changes. However, she enlisted a team of Hollywood experts who suggested adding an extra floor.”
The singer of ‘Hello’ wants her mansion to truly feel like home. Another insider mentioned, “The house will be huge once the work is completed. It already looks incredible, and she believes the investment is worth it. She wants it to be a forever home for her and her son Angelo, along with her partner Rich Paul, and she dreams of expanding her family there.”
Adele recently expressed her desire to have a daughter. During one of her concerts at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, she told fans about her plans for another baby once her residency concludes. Adele, who has been dating Rich, a sports agent, since 2021, shared her thoughts, saying, “Once I wrap up all my obligations and shows, I want to have a baby. I want a girl because I already have a boy. I feel like she could be the person I love the most in the world, but also probably the one I’d hate the most—that’s how I feel it’s going to be. She’ll keep me grounded all the time, right?”
Adele also joked that her future daughter would be a “little bossy queen.” She quipped, “With me as a mom and Rich as a dad, she’s going to be a little queen boss, isn’t she?”
