Mackie described the filming experience as a “great experience,” highlighting a memorable moment where he enjoyed a cigar and whiskey with his crew while watching the sunrise outside the White House.
He likened working on Marvel films to a summer camp, where he reunites with colleagues he has known for over a decade. The camaraderie among the cast and crew, who have shared life experiences such as marriages and home purchases, made the filming process feel like a reunion with old friends.
