Awareness Campaign for the ‘Work Risk System’: Digital Innovation in Occupational Safety

The College of Hygiene and Safety of the Province of Córdoba (COPHISEC) is hosting a free event titled “Dissemination of the Work Risk System: Digital Tools.” Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the latest innovations aimed at enhancing workplace safety.

This event, organized in collaboration with the Superintendency of Work Risk (SRT) and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Mutuals of the Province of Córdoba, is a valuable chance for professionals in the field to update their knowledge and skills in occupational safety, an area that is continually evolving.

Gustavo Manno, president of the College of Hygiene and Safety of Córdoba, emphasized the importance of ongoing education to ensure safe and effective practices in the workplace. He stated, “We firmly believe in the value of continuous training to guarantee efficient safety measures in the work environment. This event allows the professionals in our province to stay at the forefront of the knowledge and technology that support workplace safety.”

The event is scheduled for July 26 at 3:30 PM, taking place in the Luis Gagliano Auditorium, located at Jujuy 27 in the city capital.

Among the speakers will be Leandro Punte, Manager of Performance Control, and Darío Costa, Deputy Manager of Institutional Relations at the SRT. They will discuss the establishment of the National Forum on Safety and Hygiene in Argentina. Additionally, Carolina Carmona and María Mercedes Barbará, technical experts from the SRT’s Institutional Relations Management, will provide crucial insights into the digital tools available within the work risk system. These presentations aim to equip attendees with the necessary knowledge to enhance risk management and prevention in the workplace.

The event is expected to last for approximately 90 minutes and has the backing of several prominent organizations, including the Agency for the Development of Córdoba (ADEC), the Federation of University Professional Entities of Córdoba (FEPUC), the Regional Union of Light and Power Workers, the Ministry of Justice and Labor’s Secretariat of Labor in the Government of Córdoba, and the COPHISEC Foundation.
