Get used to seeing Bam Margera ringside at BKFC. The former ‘Jackass’ star is currently in negotiations with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) to join their broadcasting team. The 44-year-old Margera has been in talks with BKFC executives, and all signs point to him joining the commentary team as a color analyst for select events.
While it’s unclear how often Margera would work with BKFC, which typically hosts multiple events each month, it wouldn’t be a one-off. This partnership is expected to be a lasting one. The news isn’t entirely surprising, as Bam was recently spotted at BKFC 62 at the Hard Rock in Hollywood, FL. He watched the fights with his wife, Dannii Marie, sitting just feet from the squared circle.
BKFC is one of the fastest-growing organizations in combat sports, featuring stars like “Platinum” Mike Perry, Eddie Alvarez, and Michael “Venom” Page. Now, David Feldman’s promotion looks poised to add some star power outside the ropes with Margera’s potential involvement.
There’s more to the story. Margera has expressed a willingness to step into the ring for a very specific fight—against his former friend and co-star Johnny Knoxville. Their relationship has soured over the years, with Bam blaming Johnny for getting him kicked out of the ‘Jackass’ franchise. Bam even sued Johnny. Margera is willing to settle the score with his fists.
Whether that fight happens remains to be seen, but it looks highly likely that Bam will be behind a BKFC microphone soon. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
