After being romantically linked with Irina Baeva, Mexican businessman Víctor González Herrera has broken his silence to deny the rumors.
In a statement posted on his Instagram stories, the president of Grupo Por Un País Mejor, which includes Farmacias Similares, said: “Recently, I have been linked to a public figure with whom I have no relationship of any kind.”
Although he did not mention the Russian actress by name, González clarified that he has no connection to the telenovela star and shared that he has been happily in a relationship for over five years.
“I have been happily dating my girlfriend for more than five years. I am focused on my business ventures and continuing to help more people and the planet,” he stated, without revealing his partner’s identity. He also confirmed that he would not make further comments on the matter.
Meanwhile, Irina Baeva has not publicly addressed the romance rumors and has only spoken about her recent breakup with Gabriel Soto, who announced their separation.
The breakup announcement read: “With deep respect and affection, we want to share that after years of love, support, and commitment, we have decided to end our relationship. These years have been filled with learning and experiences for which we are grateful. This decision was made after months of reflection, with wisdom and maturity; the reasons will remain private.” The statement marked the end of their six-year relationship, during which they got engaged in 2021.
In an interview with People en Español last month, Baeva was asked about her relationship with Soto. “How would you define your current stage as a couple?” she was asked. She replied: “I don’t like to define things; I believe everything flows from one moment to another. Undoubtedly, it’s a bit difficult to coincide right now because he’s busy with his projects, and I’m busy with mine.”
She added, “There comes a time when we have little time to spend together, but the most important thing is that it’s quality time: always being there for each other, not just personally but also professionally.”
Speculations about their breakup intensified recently when Soto was linked to actress Cecilia Galliano, and because he did not attend the premiere of Baeva’s play ‘Aventurera.’
