The fate of the much-anticipated movie “OG” now rests in the hands of Minister Pawan Kalyan. Produced by DVV Danayya and directed by Sujith, this project was strategically arranged by director Trivikram Srinivas to ensure minimal work but maximum pay for Pawan Kalyan. The actor-politician needs to work for just thirty days to complete his part, and a significant portion of the shooting is already done. If Pawan Kalyan dedicates another ten days, the film will be wrapped up.
The film has already generated considerable buzz, and Pawan’s fans are eagerly awaiting its release. However, the movie has faced delays due to the election season. The election process, campaigning, and now managing multiple ministerial responsibilities have created a whirlwind for Pawan Kalyan. He is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and holds several key portfolios, including Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Environment, Forests, and Science and Technologies.
In this context, questions arise about when Pawan will complete the OG movie. Another project, “Hari Hara Veeramallu,” also requires his attention. At least ten days of Pawan’s schedule must be allocated for the OG movie. Initially slated for a September 27 release, the film has been postponed.
Two main obstacles are hindering the completion and release of OG. The first is digital sales. There have been no non-theatrical sales for OG yet. If a digital sale occurs, the timing will need to be considered, and the theatrical release date will be set accordingly. The second obstacle is Pawan’s appearance. During the election campaign, Pawan traveled extensively and campaigned relentlessly, which caused some changes in his appearance. If Pawan works out hard for a few days, he will recover his look. Therefore, this needs to be addressed as well.
Due to these reasons, it is uncertain when OG will be completed and released. The film’s fate is now in the hands of Minister Pawan Kalyan, who must balance his political responsibilities with his commitments to the film industry.
