The Little Mermaid star, 24, and the rapper, 26, posted a series of heartwarming vacation pictures on Instagram, capturing their family moments in Italy with their 6-month-old son.
Bailey’s Instagram post on July 3rd was captioned, “halo’s first time in italy 🤍🌊,” and featured three photos of the family. In the first image, the trio is seen on a small pier above the ocean, with DDG holding Halo up in the air while Bailey holds onto their baby’s leg, all smiling brightly for the camera. After giving birth, Bailey shared she struggled with “severe” postpartum depression. In a video posted to social media, she described the experience as “swimming in this ocean that’s [made up of] the biggest waves you’ve ever felt.” “You’re trying not to drown, and you’re trying to come up for air,” she said. “And you have those moments where you come up for air, and they feel like the most beautiful things, and it’s great. And then you have those moments where you’re drowning again,” Bailey continued.
The mom of one clarified that her struggles had “nothing to do with” Halo as she gushed over him being “perfect.” As Bailey comes clean about motherhood, she admitted to getting pregnant with her son after she and DDG took a little trip out of the country and returned with a “permanent souvenir.”
