Jay Cutler has officially sold the Tennessee home he once shared with ex-wife Kristin Cavallari. Nestled on over 45 acres of land, the property features a gym, sauna, and a newly added pool house, making it a luxurious retreat. Cutler and Cavallari purchased the home in 2018 for $4.23 million, later expanding the estate by acquiring an additional 35 acres for $1.2 million.
The home gained notoriety as it was prominently featured in the couple’s E! reality series “Very Cavallari,” which aired from 2018 to 2020. Following their divorce, the house was awarded to Cutler as part of the settlement, and it has served as his primary residence since then.
The divorce between Cutler and Cavallari was marked by tension and disputes over finances. Cavallari accused Cutler of withholding funds to prevent her from purchasing a new home, while Cutler contended that their existing properties made such a purchase unnecessary.
