Kroy Biermann must have a knack for attracting police visits. The former NFL player and his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, known for her stint on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” have had law enforcement at their Georgia mansion multiple times over the past year due to various domestic issues. A judge has even ordered them to live in separate areas of their home, which is currently up for sale and facing foreclosure. The house has narrowly escaped auction at least twice.
Recently, police were called to the Biermann residence again, this time due to an incident involving Kroy’s dog. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Biermann received a citation after a neighbor complained about his dog, a Cane Corso named Stone, getting loose and allegedly terrorizing the neighborhood. The dog was reportedly left unattended with an open gate, allowing it to wander freely. Complaints about Stone’s behavior have also surfaced on a neighborhood Facebook page, where residents expressed concerns about the dog scaring them and their children.
This isn’t the first time the Biermann-Zolciak household has faced issues with their pets. In 2017, their son Kash was bitten on the face by the family’s rescue dog, Sinn, resulting in injuries that required reconstructive surgery. Kim Zolciak shared the ordeal on Instagram, praising Kash for his bravery and detailing the severity of the injury and subsequent surgery.
In the latest incident, Biermann’s dog Stone reportedly frightened a neighbor, prompting her to call the police. The neighbor claimed the Cane Corso was roaming freely and behaving aggressively. Although the dog eventually returned to Biermann’s property, the police found enough evidence to issue a citation. Biermann explained that his son was supposed to watch the dog, but Stone managed to escape due to a broken gate. He found the dog on the sidewalk in front of their house, not far from where the neighbor encountered it.
This isn’t the first time Stone has caused trouble. In October, the dog allegedly tried to tackle a young boy in the neighborhood. The boy’s mother reported the incident to the police, stating that Stone had previously chased her children and “almost attacked” them. She described the dog as “super aggressive and never confined,” emphasizing the seriousness of the situation.
Neighbors have voiced their concerns about the Biermann-Zolciak dogs, Stone and Sinn, on social media. Stone’s October incident was not the first time the couple’s pets garnered attention for troubling behavior. Sinn made headlines six years ago for a vicious attack that nearly blinded their son Kash. Stone was also the subject of a lengthy post on the Manor Golf and Country Club Residents group, where a mother claimed the dog attempted to tackle her son while he was riding a scooter. Although no harm was done, she promised to contact animal control if she saw the dog off-leash again.
In addition to their canine troubles, Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak are facing financial woes, with their mansion in Milton, Georgia, at risk of foreclosure. Legal documents reveal that despite their efforts to sell the property, the couple may lose ownership before finding a buyer. The saga began in 2023 and escalated in early 2024 when Truist Bank signaled its intent to reclaim the property. The bank’s attorneys have moved forward with plans for a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding to commence on or after May 3, leaving Zolciak and Biermann with little time to respond if they hope to retain ownership of their home.
Truist Bank has taken decisive action to reclaim the property, citing the couple’s failure to meet mortgage payments as grounds for foreclosure. The initial attempt to address the mortgage issue dates back to October 2023, but legal maneuvers by Zolciak and Biermann temporarily halted the process. Despite their ongoing divorce proceedings, the bank emphasized that their legal separation did not hinder its right to pursue foreclosure.
Amid their financial and legal troubles, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce has also been making headlines. Kim filed for divorce on May 8, citing that their marriage had become “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.” She is requesting primary physical custody of their children and joint legal custody. However, Kroy has filed his own request for sole legal and physical custody. Kim has also filed a motion requesting that Kroy undergo drug testing, alleging that she has seen him smoking marijuana and expressing concerns for their children’s safety.
Despite the turmoil, Kim’s eldest daughters, Brielle and Ariana, have shown support for Kroy. On Father’s Day, they posted heartfelt messages on Instagram, expressing their love and appreciation for their adoptive dad. Kroy celebrated the day with their four youngest children, sharing a snapshot of a biking adventure in the woods.
As the couple navigates their divorce, financial issues, and pet-related incidents, the future remains uncertain for Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak. Their story continues to unfold, capturing the attention of fans and media alike.
