The 55-year-old director was more than happy to embrace Madonna’s insights. He noted, “We literally went into a new recording session within 48 hours to capture this single note. She provided just one note, but it was brilliant and really enhanced the sequence.”
Shawn also mentioned that one of Madonna’s children is a huge fan of ‘Deadpool’, which certainly helped convince her to allow the use of her iconic track in the upcoming movie, which stars Hugh Jackman alongside Reynolds.
