Néstor García Díaz, renowned as the “father of advertising in Córdoba” and the founder of the Oxford agency, passed away at the age of 87.

Born in Neuquén, García Díaz moved to Buenos Aires in his youth in search of education. There, he studied various disciplines and met his wife. He later settled first in his home province and then in Córdoba.

He established a lasting legacy in the advertising field with over 50 years of experience. His notable clients included Banco del Suquía, La Voz del Interior, Canal Doce, Supermercados Americanos, major consumer brands, leading shopping centers, and construction companies such as Roggio, Astori, and Edisur.
