Priscilla Presley claims she has been robbed of a million dollars as part of financial abuse.

Priscilla Presley claims she has been the victim of financial abuse, alleging that a significant amount of her fortune, amounting to one million dollars, has been stolen from her.

The legal action has been initiated by her attorney, Marty Singer. In the lawsuit, it is asserted that a woman named Brigitte Kruse, along with others, exploited the 79-year-old star and took advantage of her financial situation.

The case also mentions Kevin Fialko, Vahe Sislyan, Lynn Walker Wright, and Priscilla Presley Partners. According to Priscilla, Brigitte, who is the founder of Kruse GWS Auctions, managed her finances and manipulated her into a type of "debt servitude" by gaining her trust.

Priscilla alleges that Brigitte not only isolated her from the people who matter most in her life but also deceived her into believing that they would look after her personal and financial well-being. She claims they convinced her that all her previous advisors were either dishonest or incompetent, leading her to believe she was losing out on millions due to poor management.

Further documentation reveals that by isolating Priscilla and involving themselves in every aspect of her life, the defendants managed to fraudulently persuade her to grant them powers of attorney, control over her family and personal trusts, as well as access to her bank accounts.

Priscilla reportedly met Brigitte through mutual acquaintances to discuss selling Elvis memorabilia. Documents state that Brigitte quickly became involved in Priscilla’s life, and they started working together toward the end of 2021.

The lawsuit indicates that Priscilla was advised by Brigitte to create businesses in which her partners would receive 80% of the profits, leaving her with minority shares in the companies. The defendants allegedly withdrew $40,000 from the bank account of her son, Navarone Garcia, "without legitimate reason."

Priscilla is seeking to have the contracts related to what she identifies as "fictitious" businesses terminated and wants to prevent the defendants from accessing her financial accounts.

In 2023, Brigitte filed a lawsuit against Priscilla, claiming breach of contract after they formed Priscilla Presley Partners.
