Other affected dates include the Syd For Solen Festival in Copenhagen, Denmark, on August 10, the Cabaret Vert Festival in Charleville-Merieres, France, on August 15, the Pukkelpop Festival in Hasselt, Belgium, on August 18, and the Villar De Mouros Festival in Portugal on August 21.
This announcement follows the earlier cancellation of eight European tour dates in July, which was also attributed to Homme’s health issues. The band had to cancel their appearance at the AMA Music Festival in Italy on July 5 due to illness, and their last performance took place on July 6 in Milan, Italy.
Queens of the Stone Age’s current tour, titled “The End Is Nero,” supports their eighth studio album, “In Times New Roman…,” which was released in June 2023. The album has been praised for its raw and heavy sound, showcasing Homme’s songwriting and the band’s signature style.
