Reality TV Star Georgia Kousoulou Expecting ‘Rainbow Baby’
Georgia Kousoulou, known for her role on “The Only Way Is Essex,” has announced she is expecting a “rainbow baby” with her husband, Tommy Mallet. This joyous news comes after a challenging year in which Kousoulou experienced a pregnancy loss due to a triploidy diagnosis in April 2023.
Kousoulou shared the heartwarming news on Instagram, revealing that their baby is due in December. “Our little rainbow baby due December,” she wrote. “Words can’t express the emotions we have, we have prayed, wished, and with a little help, it’s happened.” She expressed immense gratitude to her IVF specialist, Rehan Salim, and her nurse, Michelle, for their support throughout the process.
In her emotional post, Kousoulou acknowledged the difficulties faced by others who have experienced pregnancy loss. “To anyone watching who is suffering, I am with you and I know how you feel. I pray this post doesn’t trigger you. Please know you are not alone and please don’t give up hope,” she wrote.
The couple, who already share a three-year-old son named Brody, also revealed that they are expecting a baby girl. The announcement video included clips of Kousoulou’s IVF treatment, scans, and a gender reveal party where pink balloons and confetti confirmed the baby’s gender.
Friends and fans flooded their Instagram posts with congratulatory messages. Fellow reality TV stars and fans expressed their joy and support for the couple, celebrating the news of their upcoming addition.
Kousoulou’s journey to conceive again has been a testament to her resilience and hope. Despite the heartbreak of her previous pregnancy loss, she has remained positive and determined, urging others in similar situations not to lose hope.
