Rihanna is feeling incredibly proud of her collaboration with the Olympics. The 36-year-old singer and beauty mogul has signed a deal that will make Fenty a “premium partner” for both the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
In an exciting announcement on her Instagram, the superstar shared, “Deal done… for all of 2024!!! PROUD to announce that @FentyBeauty is a premium partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, baby!!! #FentyxParis2024.”
The Paris Olympics are set to kick off on Friday, July 26, and will run until August 11. Following that, the Paralympic Games will take place from Wednesday, August 28, to Sunday, September 8.
According to ELLE US, volunteers participating in the event will receive makeup kits from Fenty so they can achieve a designated look using the brand’s products. Approximately 600 volunteers, aged between 18 and 21, will be provided with kits and tutorials on makeup application. Additionally, Fenty will have professional makeup artists on-site to help match foundations to the varying skin tones.
The makeup kits will include a selection of products such as the Eaze Drop’Lit All-Over Glow Enhancer, Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint, Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer, and the Invisimatte Instant Setting and Blotting Powder.
In an earlier interview with ELLE US, Rihanna expressed her vision for her brand, saying, “My mantra has always been and will always be: ‘Beauty is meant to be fun.’ It should never feel like pressure or a uniform. I hope it stays that way because it’s an incredibly joyful and liberating way to live.”
