Singer Romeo Santos celebrated his 43rd birthday with an open letter to his fans, revealing intimate and lesser-known details about his life. In this heartfelt message, he reflected on his feelings and offered a glimpse into his world beyond the stage.
In the letter, Santos, whose real name is Anthony, expressed that if he were to describe himself in one word at this age, he wouldn’t be able to do it. He wrote, “There are many versions of Romeo, but very few people truly know Anthony. I am humble; I am decent; I am respectful; I am shy; I am proud; I am a romantic dreamer; I am as serious as I am a clown. I am competitive; I am demanding; I am showy; I am intense; I am sensitive; sometimes misunderstood, but it doesn’t matter. I am an ARTIST.”
Santos went on to reflect on his life and aspirations for the future, surprising his followers by revealing that he is a father of five children. He expressed a wish to return in another life with all his virtues and flaws, his soulmate, and the same beloved children, family, friends, and fans. He thanked God for the lessons he has learned over the past three decades and asked for continued guidance and blessings as he enters this new chapter in his life.

Romeo Santos has much to be proud of, especially with his successful return to the stage with Aventura during the “Cerrando Ciclos” tour. He is currently planning the second leg of this tour, with confirmed dates in several countries, including Costa Rica, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Mexico. Notably, Mexico will host six shows, making it a significant stop on the tour.
Despite some complaints about the high ticket prices—ranging from 800 to almost 8,000 MXN in Mexico City—the demand has been robust, with most of the tickets selling out across the tour dates.
Earlier this April, Santos faced rumors about suffering a heart attack that could halt his tour. However, it wasn’t long before he addressed the false reports, posting a solid rebuttal to the individual responsible for spreading the rumor. He stated, “You do not have the power, nor the wisdom, to harm me. If you think ticket refunds will happen due to this false news, you are even more foolish than I thought. If you keep thinking about how to destroy me, you may give yourself a heart attack. God punish you.”
