Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk paid tribute to Biden on Sunday, stating that he has made “democracy stronger.” Tusk, who served as President of the European Council from 2014 to 2019, emphasized the importance of nurturing transatlantic relationships, regardless of who occupies the presidency in the U.S. In a message on social media, he praised Biden for making many difficult decisions that have enhanced security for Poland, the U.S., and the world while reinforcing democracy.
