Gerard Piqué recently responded to Bizarrap’s performance of the song “Music Sessions #53,” which he shares with his ex-partner, Shakira. This occurred during the La Velada del Año 4 event at the iconic Santiago Bernabéu Stadium just a few days ago.
The 37-year-old former footballer attended the boxing event alongside his 25-year-old girlfriend, Clara Chía. When Shakira’s song began to play, Piqué was visibly uncomfortable. It seemed he couldn’t bring himself to look up, and numerous videos shared on social media captured his unease, showing him fidgeting and even looking annoyed.
Piqué was spotted in the stands, spending time with his children, Milán, who is 11, and Sasha, who is 9. Although he initially appeared calm, his demeanor shifted dramatically when Bizarrap started playing the popular track, causing all attention to gravitate toward him.
As the music played, many attendees stood up and passionately sang along, drawing even more attention to Piqué. He ultimately decided to remain seated to avoid the cameras and is believed to have stayed in his seat for the remainder of the performance.
This annual event, organized by Ibai Llanos, attracted streamers, content creators, and celebrities, all gathering in the historic stadium in Madrid. Despite frequently joking about Piqué, Ibai has typically refrained from discussing his friend’s personal life, including his breakup with Shakira and his current relationship with Clara. Yet, during La Velada del Año 4, the streamer couldn’t resist the infectious beat of "Music Sessions #53."
Ibai was caught on camera singing and grooving to the music, but when he realized the cameras were on him, he abruptly stopped and tried to mask any expression.
