Hoda Kotb is celebrating a significant milestone in her career, and she’s doing it with a little help from one of country music’s biggest stars. On July 10, the Today show host took to Instagram to proudly announce that her podcast, “Making Space with Hoda Kotb,” has reached an impressive 50 episodes. In a heartfelt video, Hoda reflected on this achievement and shared how the journey has influenced her perspective on life and humanity.
“Hey, guys. I’m so excited to drop the 50th episode of Making Space,” she said emotionally in the clip. “I was just reflecting on all the seasons, and I’m so just honored to be able to talk to all these incredible people. I think what I learned is — well, first of all, you only get one life. I only get one life and we can only learn our life lessons.”
Hoda continued, “What I love is we have all of these people who are sharing all of their wisdom and all of their life lessons that we can apply in our lives, which is super cool. Some things I’d have never thought of them, and suddenly they become part of my life.”
She also shared another profound insight, “The other thing I learned, really, is most of my favorite guests have really kind of been through hell and back and ended up on top. So, I hope you enjoy this and I’m happy your guys are with me on this ride!”
Fans were quick to respond to Hoda’s personal message, flooding the comments with words of encouragement and congratulations. “Congratulations Hoda!!! I love listening to your podcast and I’m so proud of you! ❤️👏❤️,” one person wrote. Another added, “What a beautiful and heartwarming message!” A different follower chimed in, “I so enjoy your podcast! Thank you for making us think 💐.”

Over the course of its run, she has welcomed a variety of notable guests, including Jenna Bush Hager, Céline Dion, and Savannah Guthrie. For the 50th episode, Hoda invited country superstar Lainey Wilson to share her journey to success in the music industry.

It was the biggest honor to be the 50th guest for your podcast Making Space and if it was up to me, I’d join ya every day. Thank you for having me on to gush about my love for songwriting and my journey. Y’all go check out our episode now!”
