Boy Meets World alum Trina McGee has announced that she is expecting her fourth child at the age of 54. The actress shared the news on Instagram on June 3, accompanied by the classic song “Baby Love” by The Supremes. “At the tender age of 54 I have found myself pregnant,” McGee wrote. She asked her followers for their prayers for a safe delivery and mentioned that she would be taking a break from social media.
McGee’s pregnancy was first hinted at in an earlier Instagram post when a fan commented on a photo of her vacationing in Malacate Beach, Belize, noting her visible baby bump. McGee, dressed in a blue halter top and long white skirt, simply replied, “Yup.”
Trina McGee has been married to Marcello Thedford since 2008. The couple met nearly three decades ago while working on Sylvester Stallone’s 1996 action-thriller Daylight. McGee was previously married to Randall Courtland Davis from 1991 to 2001, and they share two children, Langston and Ramia. She also has a third child from a previous relationship.
McGee is best known for her role on Boy Meets World, where she played Angela Moore, the love interest of Shawn Hunter, portrayed by Rider Strong, from 1997 to 2000. Earlier this year, McGee surprised fans by revealing that she was actually six months pregnant while filming the fifth season of the show. She shared this tidbit on TikTok, noting that she had to wear loose cardigans to conceal her baby bump during the season 5 episode “And Then There Was Shawn.”

McGee also addressed the “Aunt Jemima” comments made by Will Friedle, who played Eric Matthews.
