TMZ first reported that Lopez and Affleck are looking to sell their family compound less than a year after purchasing it. The couple is working with The Agency to handle the sale, according to Entertainment Tonight. The estate was initially listed for $135 million in 2018 before the price was reduced, eventually leading to Ben and Jen’s $60 million offer.
Affleck, 51, was recently seen driving away from the residence in his black Mercedes, wearing a green button-down shirt. Sources told People magazine that Affleck is currently staying at a rental home a few miles away while filming “The Accountant 2.” Representatives for both Lopez and Affleck have not responded to requests for comment.
Lopez and Affleck tied the knot in a surprise midnight wedding in Las Vegas nearly two years ago.
