Now it’s a party.
Travis Kelce, his big brother Jason Kelce, and Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, were seen entering a VIP section at Wembley Stadium before Taylor Swift kicked off the first of eight “Eras Tour” shows in London on Friday night.
This appearance came after Travis, Jason, and Kylie were in France for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity on Thursday.
The couple coordinated in dark shirts while the three-time Super Bowl champ sported a green top with a pair of bronze-colored shorts and an Olympics cap as he made his way into a VIP tent. Jason, who announced his NFL retirement in March and signed a broadcast deal with ESPN last month, was seen wearing a bunch of friendship bracelets, which are a staple at Swift’s concerts.
This marks Jason and Kylie’s first time taking in Swift’s record-breaking “Eras Tour,” which celebrated 100 shows last week in Liverpool. Swifties were buzzing about a potential Kelce family reunion at one of the singer’s shows, as the brothers have been teasing their European summer plans while on their “New Heights” podcast.
Swift’s good friend Keleigh Teller is also in London, according to her social media. Perhaps they’ll get the band back together for the first time since February. Swift, Teller, and Kelce partied together at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas, where the Chiefs became back-to-back champions with an overtime win against the 49ers.
Taylor Swift received a warm welcome in London. The official X account for the royal family posted a video of the British Army performing a rendition of the singer’s “Shake It Off” during Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace on Friday. “Can’t stop, won’t stop groovin’,” the royal family said in a post on X, which included a video.
Taking to X, the London Zoo celebrated Swift’s return to London with a few photos of her visit to the zoo in 2012. “A different Era at London Zoo,” the London Zoo wrote. “She visited us in 2012, and now she’s back in London for the biggest tour of all time.”
Swift and Kelce, both 34, took in the Sydney Zoo when her “Eras Tour” made a stop in Australia in February.
Taylor Swift’s recent Eras Tour concert in London was a Kelce family affair. On June 21, Travis Kelce joined his girlfriend on the next stop of her European summer concert tour. The Kansas City Chiefs star brought his tight-knit posse with him inside Wembley Stadium. Fans were quick to spot Travis entering the VIP section and dancing alongside his older brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelce. While the NFL tight end has been to several of Swift’s sought-after shows, this was Jason and Kylie’s first time at the dazzling event.
During the May 15 recording of New Heights, the former Philadelphia Eagles player told his younger brother how all the videos of the “Anti-Hero” singer’s concerts looked “way more electric” since the set for Tortured Poets Department was added. “I watched videos,” Jason admitted to Travis. “It looked way more electric for some reason.”
An excited fan at Friday’s concert stopped Jason on his way into the VIP section, asking for an autograph. The pumped person took to X, formerly known as Twitter, sharing an image of their signed hat. “MY HAT IS SIGNED,” the X user wrote alongside a video of the retired football player autographing a New Heights hat. In a follow-up post, footage showed Travis signing her branded cap, too.
Travis, Jason, and Kylie traveled from Cannes, France to London for the concert. The trio spent a few days in the South of France for the annual Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Both Kelce brothers spoke on a panel about their weekly podcast. Jason, planning to become a sports broadcaster, reflected on how the New Heights fanbase has changed since Travis officially started dating the Midnights performer in September. “It’s been fun for me, I have three little girls, so in some ways, the show and everything that’s transpired over the past year, has given reasons for girls to get involved in a sport where previously there wasn’t that much interest,” he confessed.
Jason and Kylie share their four-year-old Wyatt, three-year-old Elliotte, and 15-month-old Bennett. In Cannes, Travis was seen honoring Swift with a “Fearless” friendship bracelet, while Jason sported a casual look consisting of a white tank top, purple shorts, a black floral short-sleeve button-down, and white flip-flops. Online, fans praised Jason for being true to himself and wearing an outfit that feels right. “Jason!!!!!!! Keeps it authentic,” an enamored X user wrote. Another joked Jason’s feet “looked clean,” referencing the athlete’s recent confession that he doesn’t wash his feet when he’s in the shower. “If my feet don’t have visible dirt, like I look at the bottom of them and it doesn’t look dirty, they just look like feet, I’m not taking any type of scrubbing,” he said during the June 5 New Heights episode. “They’re getting the soap on the bottom of the shower that rinses off my b***s, my butt, and my armpits.” “And that’s it. I haven’t washed my hair in, like, months,” he continued. “I can’t even tell you the last time I washed my hair. It’s unnecessary. It’s completely unnecessary.”
While brother Jason Kelce collected Taylor Swift friendship bracelets and mingled with fans, Travis made a separate surprise appearance in costume front and center on stage with Swift at Wembley Stadium in London this weekend.
The weekend was also Jason and Kylie Kelce’s first appearance at Swift’s Eras tour. They attended the shows Friday and Saturday in London, writes Gabriella Carroll for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
Travis appeared in costume on stage Sunday during “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart.”
While Jason wore Swift merchandise, some of the British crowd wore Eagles jerseys in his honor. Nicole Phillips met Jason as he was trying to surprise a young boy wearing an Eagles jersey at the concert. “When I saw him and when he was talking to the boy, nobody really clocked that he was there, but then slowly, people started to see him and go up to him and he was really friendly with everybody,” Phillips said.
Jason and Kylie handed out guitar picks to fans inside the stadium, copying Swift’s father, Scott, an Eagles fan, who does the same thing at every show.
After Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie joined his brother Travis for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in London, the Kelce brothers recorded a podcast episode in Great Britain, and of course, they had to talk about the experience (although it seems like it was recorded before Travis got on stage for the third night in London). As you’ll hear below, they talked about how amazing Swift is on stage, how the 22 hat moment made Jason tear up, and how meeting Prince William was incredible (despite Jason saying “[Expletive] kings” last week):
“it was insanely impressive. obviously taylor is an amazing singer, songwriter but then to be able to go up there and be a performer for 3 and a half hours… insane” TAYPRAISE 👏🏻 pic.twitter.com/A86aty8giS — Tayvis Nation 🏈🫶🏻 (@tayvisnation) June 26, 2024
