She shared, "My recipe for a sexy summer is to play with my kids, hang out with my best friends, sip on some cocktails—you know the ones—and enjoy the sun while it lasts. As long as there’s sunshine, I’m a happy girl."
Sophie has opened up about the challenges she faced during the initial days of her separation. She admitted that there were moments when she wasn’t sure she would "survive" the situation. During this tough time, it was a reminder from her lawyer about her children that gave her the strength to keep fighting.
In a conversation with Vogue UK, she reflected, "There were days when I didn’t know if I could do it. I would call my lawyer and say, ‘I can’t do this. I can’t.’ I never felt strong enough to stand up for myself. Then, after two weeks of being stuck, she reminded me that I was fighting for my kids. As soon as someone says, ‘Do it for your children,’ I find the strength. I wouldn’t do it for myself, but I will for them. It hurts because I really agonize over every move I make as a mother; the guilt of being a mother is very real. I kept reminding myself: ‘None of this is true. You are a good mother.’"
Through these experiences, Sophie seems to be navigating this new chapter of her life with a renewed sense of purpose and determination.
