Becoming a dad has been a monumental milestone for Maluma, fulfilling one of his greatest dreams. In a social media post, he expressed his excitement for these initial weeks of fatherhood, relishing every moment spent fully immersed in the joy of having Paris in his life. “My first 15 days as a dad, this is the best thing I have experienced in my life.”
The couple’s daughter, Paris Londoño Gomez, was born on a Saturday morning. Maluma announced the joyous news on Instagram, sharing his happiness with his fans. “On March 9th at 8:23 A.M. the love of our lives Paris Londoño Gomez was born. Thank you all for your birthday messages and well wishes,” Maluma wrote in Spanish.
Turning his attention to Susana, the artist continued, “Susana.. Love: Thank you for fulfilling my biggest dream of being a Father, I will never forget that moment.” He concluded his caption with, “I love them 💘.”
In his post, Maluma shared three black and white photographs celebrating his daughter’s birth. The first image showed the newborn holding his finger, while a second featured the family of three together in the hospital. Maluma was captured planting a kiss on Susana’s forehead while their baby was cradled on her chest. The last image showed a shirtless Maluma kissing his little girl on her head.
While at the Latin Grammy Awards 2023 red carpet in Seville, Spain, in November, Maluma kissed Gomez’s belly as they posed together for a sweet photo. The first-time father, who performed a medley of hits from his latest album Don Juan, was nominated for two awards for his salsa single “La Fórmula” with Marc Anthony: record of the year and best tropical song.
The couple has been together since 2020, first announcing the pregnancy in October in the global artist’s music video for his song “Procura.” In an interview with NPR, Maluma addressed his baby news for the first time, sharing that becoming a father is “such a big dream” for him. “Paris, our beautiful daughter, she’s growing inside her mom’s belly and she gives me many reasons to keep dreaming… She’s everything to me right now,” he said.
“It’s a beautiful journey, you know I’m here to learn. I think these kids come into this world to teach us a bunch of things so I’m ready to learn,” he continued.
Paris Hilton also congratulated Maluma on becoming a father. The musician recently announced the birth of his daughter, Paris. Hilton shared the news of Maluma’s birth in an Instagram story, quipping about his daughter’s name and wishing him the best. “Congratulations!” she wrote. “Welcome to the club! Love your baby girl’s name!”
Hilton also recently became a mom. She has two kids with her husband Carter Reum, Phoenix, who’s a year old, and London, who’s four months old.

Maluma revealed he and his girlfriend were expecting a baby in October of last year, while on tour. The announcement was followed with a music video for his song “Procura,” which documented their pregnancy journey. “Music is the only way I can talk to my fans and I wanted to let them know that I’m having a baby,” said Maluma to NPR’s Alt.Latino. “It’s perfect timing with all of the things that I’m living. I’m looking for more personal experiences too […] I also want to grow as a human being, not only as an artist. This makes me feel so human, but at the same time, the more human I feel, the more artist I get.”
