Joe Jonas is making waves in Greece.
The Jonas Brothers member was recently seen getting close with actress Laila Abdallah, just weeks after his breakup with model Stormi Bree was confirmed by Page Six.
The 34-year-old singer was spotted shirtless, donning green swim trunks and a matching cap, while enjoying the ocean with the brunette beauty.
Photos captured the duo swimming and chatting on the sand, with Abdallah, 28, keeping a low profile in black sunglasses and a white hat, paired with a blue floral one-piece swimsuit.
Not only were they seen conversing on beach chairs, but they also shared a hug and were all smiles while holding hands in the water.
The Lebanese actress, who was briefly married to Iranian actor Abdallah Abass from December 2017 to February 2018, seemed to be enjoying her time with Jonas.
Jonas’ representative has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment on the nature of their relationship.
Jonas, known for the hit song “Cake by the Ocean,” married Sophie Turner in May 2019. The couple welcomed daughters Willa, 3, and Delphine, 1, before their split in September 2023.
After filing for divorce, Jonas and Turner spent three days in mediation in New York City, reaching a custody resolution in October. However, they reactivated their divorce proceedings in March due to unresolved issues regarding child custody and property.
Turner, 28, expressed her dissatisfaction with the public nature of their split in a British Vogue interview last month, but acknowledged that they are doing their best to co-parent. “Joe is a great father to our children, and that’s all that I can ask for,” she said.
Jonas’ relationship with Stormi Bree, 33, began making headlines in January, with the pair spotted on a getaway in Cabo San Lucas. Their split was confirmed last month, with sources citing Jonas’ busy schedule as a contributing factor.
Despite the cozy photos with Abdallah, an insider told Us Weekly that Jonas and Abdallah are just friends. “All were together at the One and Only opening in Greece — Luke Evans and Liam Hemsworth were there too and so were many others,” the source explained.
Jonas’ focus remains on his children and his music career, with the insider adding that he is prioritizing his passion for music and his role as a father. “If the right person comes along, he’ll definitely make time for them in his life,” the source said.
Abdallah, who has 4.9 million Instagram followers, often documents her travels, including her recent trip to Greece. She referred to herself as an “Athenian goddess” in one of her posts, expressing her love for the location.
While it is unclear how Abdallah and Jonas met, both attended the 2024 Cannes Film Festival in May. Abdallah shared photos from the event, while Jonas made headlines for his friendly interactions with Demi Moore.
