Jason Tartick and Kat Stickler have taken their relationship to the next level by making it Instagram official. The couple shared their joyous news on Wednesday through a joint Instagram post, which quickly garnered attention and support from fans and friends alike.
In the first photo, Tartick, 35, is seen embracing Stickler, 28, from behind, his hand wrapped tightly around hers. The second photo captures a tender moment where Tartick plants a sweet kiss on Stickler’s smiling cheek. Stickler expressed her happiness in the caption, writing, “Heart is full 🫶.”
The post quickly amassed over 200,000 likes within an hour, with Bachelor Nation and other friends of the couple flooding the comment section with supportive and humorous messages. Christy Carlson Romano jokingly warned, “If you hurt Kat we ride at dawn,” while TikToker Jon Bouffard quipped, “You can’t make me call him cousin.”
Speculation about their relationship began in early May when fans noticed the two were frequently spotted together. Tartick added fuel to the fire on Tuesday by sharing a quote on his Instagram Story that seemed to reflect his feelings about his new relationship. “The reality is none of us are easy to be with. We all suffer from something. So when you meet someone who’s willing to stay committed to understanding you & actually wants to grow with you. Don’t let silly things like ego & pride ruin it,” he wrote.
Tartick was previously engaged to Kaitlyn Bristowe, but the couple ended their relationship in August after more than four years together. Stickler, on the other hand, was married to Michael Stickler, with whom she shares a daughter named Mary-Katherine (MK). She briefly dated Cameron Walker before her relationship with Tartick.
Kaitlyn Bristowe has admitted that she is still coming to terms with Tartick moving on. Shortly after Tartick and Stickler’s Instagram announcement, Bristowe shared her candid feelings in a private Facebook group. “It’s actually hurting more than you know and for reasons other than most know,” she wrote, asking group members not to make assumptions about her feelings. She added that she is working through some “held on anger and resentment” but clarified that she is “not hurt.”
Bristowe and Tartick announced their breakup in August 2023 after four years together. The couple started dating in January 2019 and got engaged in May 2021. Bristowe rose to fame as a contestant on Chris Soules’ season of “The Bachelor” in 2015 before becoming the Season 11 “Bachelorette” later that year. Tartick joined Bachelor Nation as a contestant on Becca Kufrin’s season of “The Bachelorette” in 2018.
The new couple, Tartick and Stickler, were first linked in April after attending a party in New York City together. Tartick has since met Stickler’s 4-year-old daughter, Mary-Katherine, whom the social media influencer shares with her ex-husband, Mike Stickler.
On Wednesday, Tartick and Stickler made their relationship Instagram official after months of dating rumors. Alongside photos of Tartick wrapping his arm around her, Stickler wrote, “Heart is full 🫶.” In one of the pictures, Tartick is seen kissing her on the cheek.
In April, the two shared some playful banter on Tartick’s “Trading Secrets” podcast. When Tartick asked Stickler if she was “flirting” with him, she denied it, humorously telling the camera, “Can we keep that on record?” Tartick later addressed the dating rumors on the “Scrubbing In with Becca Tilly & Tanya Red” podcast, jokingly asking, “Where’d you hear those rumors?” He noted that he wanted to keep things “a little more private” but praised Stickler, saying, “She’s very special, she’s awesome, she’s great.”
That same month, the two were seen together at Stagecoach, making it clear that Tartick had moved on from his ex, Kaitlyn Bristowe.
Friends and fans of the couple were thrilled to see their Instagram post and took to the comment section to celebrate their love. “Ahhhhh my favorites! Go go go 🤍✨,” wrote “Love Is Blind” star Giannina Milady Gibelli. Content creator Alex Madison gushed, “Jon is going to be so happy he doesn’t have to third wheel anymore 🥹 LOVE YOU GUYS!” Kelsey Anderson, who got engaged to Joey Graziadei during Season 28 of “The Bachelor,” added, “ABOUT DAMN TIME !!!!!”
The exciting news comes over a month after Tartick was seen dining with Stickler and her 4-year-old daughter, Mary-Katherine, proving their romance was serious. Stickler shares her daughter with her ex-husband, Mike Stickler. They tied the knot in 2019 and rose to social media stardom together during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, they announced their divorce in 2021.
Prior to meeting Stickler, Tartick was engaged to Kaitlyn Bristowe, whom he met after exiting Becca Kufrin’s season of “The Bachelorette” in 2018. The couple announced they were calling off their engagement in August 2023 after four years together.
